  One-Time Logo Digitizing Fee

  A one-time digitizing fee starting at $35 will be added after we review your logo.

  Every logo must be professionally digitized before it can be embroidered. The final digitizing fee depends on the complexity of your artwork.

  This is a one-time fee per design. Once your logo has been digitized by Bound The Label, you will not be charged the digitizing fee again for future orders using the same design.

  Please note: We do not accept customer-supplied embroidery (digitized) files. All logos are digitized in-house to ensure the highest embroidery quality and consistency.

  For Larger or Complex Designs

  If your logo exceeds 10,000 stitches, requires a larger embroidery area, sleeve embroidery, back embroidery, multiple locations, or any other custom work, please visit our Custom Order page and submit a quote request. We’ll provide a personalized estimate based on your project.

  How It Works

  3. We’ll review your artwork and confirm your one-time digitizing fee (starting at $35).
  4. Once approved, we’ll embroider your polos and ship your order.
