How long does it take to complete an order?

Custom orders take 7-10 days to process, depending on the item purchased. We do provide express processing  for an additional fee.

What if I want to change my custom order?

You can change your design within 3 days. If there is a major change, price may differ. After the 2nd day of your order, if you want to change your design, digitization fee may be charged. Email us.

How long does shipping usually take?

Shipping will be done in time we agree on. Sometimes shipping may get delayed because of the courier company. We are not liable to that.
